All in all a very nice stay, the venue met requirements. The service was good, generally, it was a quirky and lovely place to stay. Location: the hotel was near to the rail station and airport bus stop, and the Bargello Museum.

The hotel was a great value for money, situated very close to all tourist places in the city center. The service was excellent with very friendly staff and basic amenities such as TV and amazing views from the rooms. Breakfast was provided at a pleasant nearby bakery, which was a nice touch.
All was well during my stay.

The owner Remo was so helpful and attentive...the location is second to none. Everything is just outside the door of this beautiful building. The contents of the minibar are included free of charge as a little bonus, and free wifi was a great feature.

Staff was very friendly and inforamtive, teh location was central to all teh activities
The hotel is not a typical us hotel, but more like a boarding house, each room with a bathroom. Good for a couples short getaway, or friends looking for a vaction in Florence

We feel very lucky to have chosen Sani Tourist House for our first visit to Florence. It has a very interesting and central location and, being close to Dante's House which has a brown sign pointing the way from all over the city, it was always easy to find after a day's sight seeing. We had a lovely airy room decorated in warm Tuscan colours which was kept scrupulously clean. Remo was a wonderful host: his English is excellent, his attention to detail and care for his guests are exceptional. The breakfasts at a bakery and cafe 2 minutes down the street were delicious. The Sani Tourist House looks after its guests very well indeed.

Excellent accommodation and location very helpful friendly staff. Located on the 3rd floor but there is a (small) lift. Good sized room and large bathroom. Comfortable bed and air con.
We didnt get toilet roll when we first checked in but this was rectified as soon as we asked. The pillows on the beds are slightly thin but this could just be a personal preference. Otherwise excellent accommodation.

This hotel boasts a central location in a lively square which is close to many restaurants and city attractions. the room is decorated in a charming style, with comfortable beds, while breakfast is served at an exquisite bakery just a block away. Friendly and knowledgeable staff have good advice about activities nearby.
The hotel's facilities need more upkeep, as the aircon and toilet are reported to have been problematic.
